Surprising May - An Original Poem

Surprising May

Surprises may come from windows
with hissing trees and singing crickets.

Who cares of the reigning promiscuity
or the approaching placid skies,

like a wedding album lying cold,
as good as dead, after a divorce.

When this novel winter that blows
in between seasons can be preserved,

shiv, through wisened cameras
that might capture all of such May nights,

we'll all see killer 5D thrills
filled with smells and chills.
