Ryan and Chaz, Justin Bieber & Friendship!

“A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.”
~Walter Winchell.

Some teenage trivia, especially for those of us who don't care: Apparently it was in the news today that Justin Bieber, the big teen popstar, was missing his best friends now that he’s a global popstar.

He apparently said: “I went to school until I was 13 and my best friends (Chaz and Ryan) are still there. I miss them, but this is definitely worth it.”

But he said he still gets to see his mates by flying them to wherever he is. Bieber said: “I get to fly them over to see me pretty regularly.”

Ahaaa ... light bulb, for those who want fame. Fame does not change the basic need for all humans: lasting happiness. And friendship brings lasting happiness, not fame. Having 2 good friends is better than having 2 million fans. Having 2 million friends is even better.

In the end making fans is easy; making friends is very hard. At the same time, making fans is not entirely in one's own hands; making friends is. The best way to make lasting friends is to care for others unconditionally; they will know that, and they will remember it. So the story might be trivia, but the lesson is not ... so care! Make friends and be happy!

EkOnkaar ... We are all part of ONE! So Care!

In an answer to a recent question, "What is a friend" I wrote the following poem (My friend):

When life needs courage
He is there to lend
When life's patch is rough
He stays till the end

When life is broke
He is there to mend
That, my dear angel,
is my love, my friend
